Used this service for a few months now, hard to say, there're pros & cons, but interesting idea, although not that outstanding. They take advantage of the interest differential and hold on to their positions until enough profit to exit, so they earn on interest as well. However, there's a setback: very high risk!!! The way I see it, forex market moves in such a way that any interest differential is comparatively trivial. In other words, you may earn a few pips in interest, but you may lose hundreds of pips at any moment. So it's risky, especially they originally didn't even set stop losses. I bet many people blew up their accounts with this strategy (but just my speculation, I don't know about that yet). |
